  1. To start Internet Connection Wizard, click on "Start" then "Settings" and chose "Control Panel".
  2. Double-click on "Internet Options", and select the "Connections" tab.
  3. Select option 2: "I have an existing Internet account through my phone line..." Click "Next".
  4. Select option 1: "Select this option if you are accessing the Internet using an Internet Service Provider." Click "Next".
  5. Select option 1: "Connect using my phone line." Click "Next".
  6. Depending on your location, use one of the following dial-in numbers. If you have call-waiting, add "*70," before the number.

    If you are not sure of the Server Number Click below.

    •  Toronto GTA
    •  Canada Wide Access
    •  North America Access


  7. Remove the check mark from "Dial using the area code & country code." Click "Next".
  8. Enter your username in the "User Name" box and your password in the "Password" box. Click "Next".
  9. At the prompt "Do you want to change the advanced settings for this connection?" Select option 1: "Yes". Click "Next".
  10. Select "PPP(point to point protocol)" and click "Next".
  11. Select "I don't need to type anything when logging on" and click "Next".
  12. Select "My Internet service provider automatically assigns me one" and click "Next".
  13. Select "Always use the following". In the "Primary DNS server" box enter "209.222.63.130" and in the "Alternate DNS server" box enter "206.186.81.2" . Click "Next".
  14. Enter "Mycybernet" in the box provided. Click "Next".
  15. At the prompt "Do you want to set up an Internet mail account now?" Select option 1: "Yes." Click "Next".
  16. Enter your name in the field provided. (Usually your full name.) Click "Next".
  17. Enter your Internet e-mail address in the field provided. e.g. username@mycybernet.net Click "Next".
  18. Make sure the "Incoming Mail" is a "POP3" Server.
  19. Enter "mail.mycybernet.net" as the "Incoming Mail (POP3 or IMAP) Server".
  20. Enter "smtp.mycybernet.net" as the "Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server".
  21. Click "Next".
  22. Enter your username in the "Account Name" box and your password in the "Password" box.
  23. Click "Next".
  24. Click "Finish".
  25. At the prompt "Do you want to set up an Internet news account now?" Select option 2: "No". Click "Next".
  26. At the prompt "Do you want to set up your Internet directory service account?" Select option 2: "No". Click "Next" then click "Finish".
  27. Right click on the blue "e" on your desktop. Click on properties.
  28. Under the "General" Tab, delete any text in the address box and type in "http://www.mycybernet.net". Click "OK".
  29. Double-click on the "e" icon on your desktop to connect.
