Why become a Cybernet Reseller? |

business offerings and solutions, you have the opportunity
to generate additional revenue for both you and your clients.
You may choose to resell any of the following Cybernet services:
Dia-up Access, Broadband Access, Email & Web hosting,
Server Collocation and other services Cybernet may offer. |

What is my Reseller discount? |

The level of your discount is based
upon your sales volume starting with 20%. The more you sell,
the more you save. With this tiered pricing schedule, the
opportunity to make money as a reseller is unlimited. Feel

When does my Reseller discount begin and is
there a license fee? |

As a reseller your discounted pricing
starts with your second order, and no license fee. |

What method of payment
is accepted? |

We prefer payment via credit card
and accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept business
checks and payment via online banking. |

What are the Reseller's responsibilities? |

|
The reseller is responsible for
the marketing, promoting and becoming "product knowledgeable"
of the Cybernet services they are registered to resell to
clients and prospects. |

How much do I need to sell to be an "Active"
reseller? |

|
To keep your account active you
need to sell at least 8 accounts per month. |

Will my clients know that I am an Cybernet
Reseller? |

Your clients will know that you
are an Cybernet Reseller because they can have access to
Cybernet Support. However, you have the option to provide
level 1 & 2 support so they don't have to contact Cybernet
& know about us. |

How do Resellers handle after-the-sale support? |

Actually, all support is handled
directly by Cybernet. If your clients need help they can
open up a trouble ticket via the telephone or email. We
are here to help.

Can I discount the Cybernet Services I am
reselling? |
|
We ask that you do not
advertise market, promote or sell Cybernet services you
are registered to resell at a price any less than advertised
at www.mycybernet.net. |

What marketing and promotional materials can
I use? |

We view our website
as our online brochure. As a registered reseller you may
feel free to make printed copies of website pages in order
to market and promote Cybernet Services.

As a Reseller can I use Cybernet logos to
promote and advertise Cybernet Services? |

reseller you are authorized to use the Cybernet logo. |
